pancura is an independent, Luxembourg based, privately owned AIFM which offers the opportunity to join a team of experts in the alternative investment fund business with a strong focus on Real Estate and Private Equity structures.

Your responsibilities

  • Monitor applicable laws and regulations, perform implication and gap analysis and develop an action plan if required to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Review and ongoing maintenance of the AIFM’s policies and procedures
  • Monitor AML/CTF/KYC related laws and regulations and ensure compliance with these
  • Acting as RC for the AIFM and being contact for the authorities such as the CSSF, AED, FIU
  • Perform initial and ongoing screening of AIF clients, assets as well as business relationships
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory filing deadlines
  • Maintain the corporate calendar of the AIFM
  • Act as central point of contact for internal audit
  • Maintain the compliance monitoring plan and ensure that necessary actions are taken
  • Prepare and present periodic compliance reports to the Conducting Officers and the Board of Directors
  • Prepare compliance reports related to CSSF 18/698 Annex II
  • Track and monitor potential conflicts of interests
  • Organisation of annual compliance trainings provided by external parties, as well as preparation and performance of internal trainings
  • Monitoring and register keeping of complaints
  • Acting as data protection officer

Your profile

  • Bachelor/Master degree with a minimum of 5-10 years experience in the Luxembourg regulated environment
  • Experience within Luxembourg AIFM/Management Companies managing AIFs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Knowledge of EU and Luxembourg law and regulations with a focus on AIFs and AIFMs/Management Companies
  • High verbal and written communication skills in English and German; French would be an asset
  • People and team oriented with the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to implement organizational change
  • Knowledge of goAML! and CSSF e-desk application
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and general good understanding of IT infrastructure
